Step 3 - Install Kamailio

#make all
Step 4: Install RTPEngine with G729 supports
#cd /usr/local/src && git clone https://github.com/sipwise/rtpengine.git
#cd rtpengine && git checkout mr8.2.1.1
#cd /usr/local/src
